I'm Five Months Old!

I actually turned five months old last Sunday, but I've been so busy that I haven't had the chance to let you guys know what I have been up to. Sorry I'm late. :)

So, what do you want to know about me? 

I would just tell you I love to eat, play, smile, laugh, poop and sleep, but my mommy wants you to know *details*, so here we go...

-I think I weigh 16 pounds & I'm probably about 26 inches tall.

-I wear a size 2 diaper.

-I wear 3-6 month clothing.

-I eat just 4 times a day now; 6-6 1/2 ounces at a time.

-I still sleep great at night. {Mommy tells me she loves me for it every morning!} I fall asleep by 10:15-10:30 and I wake up talking at about 8:30. I'm so happy in the morning, too. I hang out for awhile before I eat breakfast.

-I have TWO big boy teeth that make my smile extra precious. {I've got more coming too...}

-I LOVE, and I mean LOVEEE lemon. It may be sour, but it sure doesn't phase me. I think it makes my gums feel good. I just go to town on them. See?

-I really really like to stand...on mommy or daddy's lap, on furniture, or on the floor. Once I figured out I was so strong, I decided I don't really like to ever sit still. But, when I do sit, I try to do it all on my own.

Maybe I'm a little mischievous, too?

-I adore my doggy, Lyla. I like to stand up on the couch and look out the window with her every morning. I also like to play with her; I let her lick my hands when I reach out to pet her and it makes me laugh so hard.

-I just love hanging with my mommy during the day. We get to cook together, bake together, shop together...well, you name it... we do it together.

Isn't she goofy? She sits me up on the counter when she's cooking in the kitchen!

-I may not be much of a cuddler anymore, unless I'm tired, but I love to give hugs. When momma or daddy picks me up, I squeeze them around their neck so tight. I think they like it.

-I still slobber like a St. Bernard and I like to spit all over the place when I am playing on the floor.

-I like bath time even more now that my mom gave me more toys to play with. I reach out and get them to play and chew on them while I'm getting clean!

-I laugh all the time, while I play with mommy, daddy or Grammy. I like "Patty Cake", eskimo kisses and some random Spanish games daddy plays with me. Also, I am extremely ticklish, so they think it's funny to torture me so they can hear me giggle like a nut. 

-One of my favorite hobbies is to play in my Jumperoo. I'm getting so big and strong, and I just love talking to all my buddies and playing & jumping with them! Since it is close to our TV, it also makes for a great front-row seat. ;)

-I'm quite the TALKER. Loud Talker. I think it's funny because mommy gets embarrassed sometimes when we're out in public because I squeal and jabber as loud as I can. Better than crying though, right? I'm just such a happy dude. And I'm a COOL dude...see below.

I hear people ask my mom all the time if I ever cry, to which she always replies, "Nope, not really!" I smile and flirt instead. I'll keep trying to impress people, after all, I'm learning my "charming" skills from my Uncle Jeff.

I can't wait to start playing outside this spring and summer, but I get to go hang with my bud, Baylor, very SOON! I also get to ride on a plane for the very first time and I'll probably go to the beach, too. Now, that's some cool stuff. 

I think that's probably enough *details* about me, but one thing you must know, is that my mommy and daddy adore me and love me more and more each and every day. They tell me they're so lucky to have me, and I think they may be right. ;)
